At Pleasure & Pain Ink, we are proud to be Mississauga's award-winning tattoo and piercing studio since 2002. Our Story
After years of working in outdated shops and for employers who didn't share his vision, Kelly Pain opened a studio that would better reflect his ideals of the industry. He was determined to revamp the attitudes, etiquette, and image of the tattoo and piercing scene. He wanted to create a place that would reflect an open mind, and the diversity of the community. Alongside some of the youngest and most talented up-and-coming tattoo artists from all over the cultural spectrum, Pleasure & Pain Ink Tattoo and Piercing Studio was established in the heart of Mississauga. Since then, we have been committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for our clients.
Our Achievements
We are proud to have been selected to tattoo Chris Bosh, former captain of the Toronto Raptors, for a documentary titled 'First Ink'. Unfortunately, a devastating fire destroyed our studio in February 2017, but we were determined to rebuild and come back stronger. We moved to our new home in Port Credit and have since been voted #1 Tattoo and Piercing Studio in Mississauga for two years in a row by The Mississauga Newspaper Readers Choice Awards. We have also been featured on Threebestrated.com for the last three years after a 50-point inspection process. Our clients include celebrities such as Drake, T-RexXx of 1CP24, Actor Rob Archer from Lost Girl, Toronto Argonauts Defensive Player Jalil Carter, and many more.

Piercing Services
Our piercing services include ear piercings, face piercings, oral piercings, micro dermals, female and male genital piercings, and body piercings. We use only the highest quality equipment and follow the strictest hygiene standards to ensure your safety and comfort. Our experienced piercers will guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have.
Aftercare
At Pleasure & Pain Ink, we are committed to ensuring that you have a smooth and comfortable recovery process. We provide detailed aftercare instructions for both tattoos and piercings, and our staff is always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Cleanliness and Ambiance
The shop was clean, updated, and had a nice ambiance with good music and decor. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming.
Value for Money
The 3 for $60 piercing deal offered by the shop is a great value for money.
Poor Piercing Experience
However, the piercer was clearly tired and rude. She was very rushed and curt throughout the experience, which made it unpleasant for the customers. There was no concern for the placement of the piercings, and the lobe piercing was not remarked despite concerns raised by the customer.
Unprofessional Behavior
The staff, including the receptionist and the owner, were overheard making fun of a customer's shoes behind her back after complimenting them to her face. This shows a lack of professionalism and respect for customers.
Negative Feedback
Many customers reported negative experiences, including long wait times, poor communication, and aggressive behavior from the piercer. Some customers had to deal with painful removal of piercings due to improper advice from the piercer.
Positive Feedback
One customer had a positive experience with friendly staff, cleanliness, professionalism, punctuality, quality, and value. They were satisfied with their piercings and would return again.
