Our Personal Injury practice focuses on helping individuals who have been injured as a result of someone else's negligence. We work to recover fair compensation for our clients, taking care of the legal and administrative tasks involved in the process.

Our Estate Administration services include the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning documents. We also assist clients with the administration of estates, including the probate process and the distribution of assets.

Meet Our Lawyers

At Pollock & Company, we are proud to have a team of experienced and dedicated lawyers. Dennis L. Pollock, one of our founding partners, graduated from the University of Alberta in 1972 with a Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Education, and Bachelor of Law degree. He has been practicing law in Lethbridge since 1973 and has served as a Past President of the Lethbridge Bar Association and Venture Leader with Scouts Canada.

Rockwell D. Pollock, another of our founding partners, graduated from the University of Lethbridge and the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Education, and LLB degrees. He has been actively involved in various volunteer and community activities, including Scouts Canada, the Canadian Association for Disabled Skiing, and Lethbridge Preschool Services Project. Rocky's practice includes personal injury, civil litigation, collaborative law, real estate, wills & estates, corporate/commercial, and matrimonial law.

Community Involvement

At Pollock & Company, we believe that giving back to the community is an important part of our responsibility as lawyers. Our team is involved in a variety of community activities and organizations, including the Lethbridge Symphony Association, the Waterton Park Community Association, and the Improvement District No. 4 in the Province of Alberta.
