James J. Klassen, one of the founding members of Klassen & Company, has been practicing law for over 40 years. His expertise includes Strata and Condominium Law, Incorporations and Corporate Law, Real Estate Law, Wills, Estates, and Probates.

Devin M. Klassen, the son of James J. Klassen, joined the firm as a barrister and solicitor. Devin has a passion for constitutional and administrative law, having studied philosophy and constitutional law. He has appeared in all levels of court and tribunal in British Columbia, from the Civil Resolution Tribunal to the Court of Appeal. Devin's areas of expertise include Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, General Litigation, Appeals, and Contract Drafting.
