Double-bag ashes with labeling and send via Canada Post Expresspost or courier. Include contact details, and unused ashes will be returned.

What is the production timeline?
Allow 8-10 weeks from ash receipt. Orders placed June-August are completed in September due to studio scheduling.
Are pickup options available?
Yes, select 'Pick Up' during checkout. Studio hours are Thursdays-Saturdays 11am-4pm or by appointment.
How are international shipments handled?
Customers cover customs fees. Use Sendle within Canada or contact us for alternative carriers during postal strikes.
