Service Issues and Driver Behavior
Two reviewers, Jacob B. and Daniel C., have expressed dissatisfaction with the service and driver behavior of the company. Jacob B. rated the company 1 star and mentioned that the plant frequently "breaks down" and the service times are horrible. He would not recommend the company to others. Similarly, Daniel C. also rated the company 1 star and shared an experience where one of the drivers backed into a pump, damaged it, and then blamed the pump for the issue. He found the driver's behavior to be unreal and unacceptable.
