Our team of experts then prepares a detailed landscape plan, unique to each property, taking into account factors such as plant selections, color choices, and hard surface options.

Our landscape construction staff is comprised of experienced professionals who take great care in ensuring that every project is completed in a timely and professional manner. We specialize in interlocking brick, plant installations, natural stone, retaining walls, water gardens, decks and woodworking, outdoor rooms, outdoor fire features, landscape lighting, and drainage work.

Landscape Maintenance Services

Our landscape maintenance staff provides knowledgeable and courteous service, paying attention to every detail. We offer two comprehensive maintenance programs, tailored to meet the specific needs of your home, condominium complex, or business. Both options are eight-month contracts, running from mid-April to mid-November, with the total cost divided into eight equal monthly payments. Our maintenance programs include services such as spring litter pick-up, weekly mowing and trimming, leaf raking and removal, edging of planting beds and trees, weeding and cultivating of garden beds, and fall general clean-up.

In addition to our maintenance programs, we also offer specialized lawn services, including rolling and aerating, dethatching, topdressing with peat moss and overseeding, and fertilizing with turf starter. These services are essential for maintaining the optimal health of your lawn and are recommended on an annual basis.

Guarantee and Insurance

At Advance Landscaping Co. Ltd., we stand behind the quality of our work. We guarantee that all work will be completed according to conventional practices, and we are covered by all required insurance, including WSIB. Our projects are guaranteed for one complete year, provided that clients follow logical methods of care and maintenance and make full payment of the agreed-upon amount.
