Welcome to Jane-Finch Community Legal Services, a non-profit and independent community legal clinic serving the community since 1981. Our mission is to provide FREE legal services and assistance to low-income individuals who live within our catchment area and qualify for our services. Our History

Our Services

We offer a range of legal services designed to address the unique needs of our clients. Our areas of expertise include:

• Affidavits and Notarizing Documents: We can assist with preparing and notarizing documents, including affidavits, statutory declarations, and power of attorney documents.
• Canada Pension Plan (CPP): We provide guidance on CPP benefits, entitlement, and appeals.
• Debt and Consumer Rights: Our team can help with debt management, credit reporting, and consumer protection issues.
• Employment Insurance: We assist with EI applications, appeals, and disputes.
• Housing Law: We provide advice on landlord-tenant disputes, eviction notices, and housing rights.
• Immigration Law: Our services include immigration applications, permanent residence sponsorship, and citizenship matters.
• Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP): We help with ODSP applications, appeals, and disputes.
• Ontario Works (OW): Our team assists with OW applications, appeals, and disputes.
