Our Menu
Our menu showcases a regional Canadian theme, featuring a variety of appetizers, wild game dishes, and Canadian seafood. We pride ourselves on using only the freshest, local ingredients to create a unique dining experience. Our starter options include Syrahs' House Salad, made with fresh greens, herb oil, and roasted tomato vinaigrette, topped with candied walnuts, bocconcini cheese, and garlic marinated tomatoes. Our main course menu features the GF - Smoked Bison Ragout, which is made with brined, smoked, and braised Alberta bison brisket in a roasted vegetable tomato sauce, served with housemade potato gnocchi and shaved parmesan. Our dessert menu includes the decadent White Chocolate Goat Cheesecake, made with white chocolate and goat cheese cheese and served with chocolate blackberries.
Our menu is almost entirely gluten-free, and we have options available for those with dietary restrictions. We recommend making an early reservation to avoid disappointment and ensure full menu availability.
