Founded in 2010 by Karl Loepp and Rolf Langelotz, Lola Construction Management (LCM) emerged as an extension of Valour Decorating, their successful commercial painting venture. Since our founding, LCM has been dedicated to building and renovating various spaces in Winnipeg and the surrounding areas, including retail, hospitality, commercial offices, multi-family buildings, and industrial spaces.
