The Grey-Bruce Home Builders' and Trades Association is a voluntary association committed to high standards of business practice and products within the residential construction industry in the Grey and Bruce County area. With a mission to promote professionalism and quality workmanship, we represent various disciplines from builders/renovators, trade contractors, suppliers, professional services, and community partners.

Our Purpose

Our purpose is to provide our members with the resources and support they need to succeed in the residential construction industry. We strive to promote our members' professionalism, provide quality workmanship and housing at affordable prices, and keep our members current on codes and technology through the exchange of ideas and information. We also work to support our members' concerns at the municipal, provincial, and federal levels of government, and are committed to building customer satisfaction.

Our members are committed to complying with applicable building codes of Canada as a minimum standard for construction, and working towards its improvement in the interests of structural sufficiency, safety, and health. We plan our sites and homes to conform to the principles of good community planning and support for the environment, and deal justly with our employees, subcontractors, and suppliers of all goods and services. We also deal honestly and fairly with our customers and stand behind the quality of our work and service commitments.
