The Ladysmith Health Care Auxiliary is a not-for-profit organization committed to supporting healthcare facilities, promoting health and wellness, and maintaining the Memorial Gardens in Ladysmith, British Columbia. Our History
The Ladysmith Health Care Auxiliary has a rich history, dating back to 1909 when a group of local women came together to provide support to the local hospital. Over the years, our organization has grown and evolved, expanding our services and programs to meet the changing needs of our community. Today, we are proud to operate one of the best thrift stores and gift shops on Vancouver Island, with over 250 dedicated volunteer members.

Thrift Store
Our thrift store is open Monday to Friday from 10 am to 4 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm.
