Poor Customer Service and High Prices
Reviewers have expressed extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service provided by Powers and its associated brands, such as Watts. They have reported being sent wrong parts, being told to feel stupid or crazy, and being left with a void in customer support. The pricing for parts is also considered too high, with some reviewers stating it is 5-10 times more expensive than other brands.
Terrible App Performance
Another common issue mentioned is the poor performance of the app for Tekmar thermostats. Reviewers have reported difficulties with connectivity, error messages, and a lack of updates, which has resulted in lost data and frustration.
Good Experiences
