Lack of Communication and Unreliability
The reviews indicate a lack of communication and unreliability from the contractor. Josh H. had been planning a small renovation with the contractor, who made promises to start work on June 18. However, the contractor showed up a day early without supplies, pushed the start date to Thursday, and then cancelled the project altogether after Josh had already dismantled part of his house as requested. This was despite the contractor knowing about a deadline for a TV show filming on July 5 and having obtained strata approval earlier in the week.
