Our Story
Nesbitt's Meat Market was founded in 1977 by Jim Nesbitt, who established the Nesbitt's name in the Kawartha's. The ownership switched over to Adam Hayward in 2000, who has spent his entire life in Lindsay and has over 30 years of experience in the trade. Adam has passed his knowledge down to his hand-picked and trained staff, who are dedicated to providing top-notch service and expert-level advice.
Our Services
At Nesbitt's Meat Market, we offer a wide range of services to make cooking fun again. Our Pig Roast Preparation service allows you to order any size pig for your big day, and we'll take care of the rest. We also offer Knife Sharpening, where we'll sharpen your old, dull knives to make them cut like new again. Our Custom Cutting service allows you to specify any cut or size you need, and we'll do our best to match it. Additionally, we offer Farm Animal Cutting, where we'll professionally cut and wrap your certified animal to your specifications.
Our Products
We offer a wide variety of products, including Meat & Seafood, Cheese & Deli, and Freezer Packs. Our staff are skilled in creating delicious in-house products, such as fresh pork sausages, hamburger patties, meat pies, and pemeal back bacon.
