Our History
AIM Real Estate Corporation is a family-owned business with a rich history that dates back to the 1990s. Founded by Dan McDaniel, our President, AIM Real Estate has grown from a small boutique property management company to a reputable and respected name in the Edmonton real estate market. With over 30 years of combined experience in the industry, our team has extensive knowledge and expertise in property management, marketing, and leasing.
Our Team
Our team consists of experienced professionals with a proven track record of success in the real estate industry. Our President, Dan McDaniel, is a licensed real estate broker with four designations from the Real Estate Institute of Canada. John McDaniel, our Operations Manager, brings a strong financial background and construction management expertise to the table. Kim Sheppard, our Commercial Property Manager, has over 25 years of experience in commercial property management, leasing, and administration. Joanna Pauline, our Condominium Manager, has conducted over 600 condominium reviews and has extensive knowledge of the Condominium Property Act.

Poor Customer Service and Unreliability
