Our Story

At Cope Construction, we're proud to be a part of the rich history of Sarnia-Lambton, with our roots dating back to the 1890s. Our company was founded by A. Cope and Sons Ltd Contractors, who began building municipal and industrial infrastructure in both Sarnia and Hamilton. Over the years, we've had the privilege of working on some of the most significant projects in the region, including the construction of the Canadian Oil Refinery, now known as Imperial Oil, and the first phases of the QEW, Hwy 402, and Hwy 40.
