Kathy Pittman, Owner/Operator

Kathy's superpower is her ability to listen. She takes a hands-on approach as Owner/Operator and takes full ownership of every placement, keeping in continuous communication with her clients and candidates before, during, and after placement. Recruiting takes an immense amount of time and resources for both the employer and employee, and Kathy strives to make the right match the first time in a feasible and timely manner, making it a great experience for both sides.

Lisa Starchuk, Recruitment Professional

Lisa is beyond excited to bring all her skills together to serve her clients and candidates. In addition to law, Lisa also has extensive experience in recruitment and human resources. Her Registered Professional Recruiter designation allows her to apply broader techniques and strategies to successfully place candidates in new opportunities. Prior to joining KPM, she has worked in various areas of law including wills & estates, real estate, family, personal injury, civil litigation and criminal, giving her well-rounded exposure. Outside of the office she spends time with family and friends and thrives to have an active lifestyle, which encompasses Ukrainian dancing and running. Giving back to the community is another important part of her life and she volunteers at local charities.
