Poor Customer Service and Quality Issues
John Kowalski and Ursh Schoeppe both had extremely negative experiences with the company. John mentioned delays in delivery and installation, with many windows and doors being broken or the wrong size. He also stated that the installation was done without a level, resulting in issues with every window and door. Ursh experienced poor communication, with multiple appointment failures and no show for the fifth appointment. Both customers are highly dissatisfied and feel the company is unprofessional and unreliable.
