Service and Staff
The reviewers had overwhelmingly positive comments about the service and staff of the funeral home. Dr. Alona Kuzmina, William Sawyer, and Brian Plouffe all gave the highest rating of 5 stars and praised the staff for being "very supportive", "kind and caring", "friendly", and "caring". Barry and his wife were specifically mentioned as being excellent and helpful in answering questions and providing guidance.
Cooperation and Accommodation
The reviewers also commended the funeral home for being accommodating and supportive. Dr. Kuzmina mentioned that it was important to be free from paperwork and coordination issues, and the funeral home seemed to understand this, allowing them to focus on other things. Negative Experience
However, James Brady had a negative experience with the funeral home. He gave a rating of 1 star and was disappointed with the behavior of the directors. He felt that they were not compassionate and not welcoming, and that people were being moved around in an impersonal way, like a rock concert. As a result, he would not use the funeral home again.
