Proline Glass

Proline Glass has been serving Port Alberni and surrounding areas since October 2000, built on a foundation of 40 years of industry expertise from owner Bill Scott, a certified journeyman glazier. We specialize in delivering precision glass solutions for both residential and commercial clients, with a focus on quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Our team handles everything from auto glass repairs to custom window installations, ensuring every project meets the highest industry standards. We operate as an ICBC Glass Express shop, providing direct claims processing and lifetime warranties on windshield installations. Our commitment to transparency includes educating customers about window quality differences and installation practices to ensure informed decisions.

With free estimates across our service areas and a 100% satisfaction guarantee, we prioritize long-term relationships over short-term gains. Our reputation for excellence has been earned through consistent delivery of durable, energy-efficient solutions that enhance property value and occupant comfort. We maintain strict quality control by manufacturing sealed units locally and adhering to rigorous installation protocols that prevent future structural issues. Our service area spans from Nanaimo to Campbell River, with dedicated phone lines for customer convenience. As a locally owned business, we combine technical expertise with personalized service to address each client's unique needs.
