The Residential Heating Ventilation Contractors Association (RHVCA) is a non-profit trade association established in 1968 to represent member contractors in the residential sheet metal industry. Our members employ unionized workers represented by Sheet Metal Workers International Association Local Union No. 285. We are a multi-employer bargaining agency, representing employers bound to SMART Local 285. By hiring an RHVCA member, builders are assured they are getting professionals with the proper training, certification, and expertise in designing and installing HVAC equipment and ventilation systems.

Our Services

RHVCA member contractors have access to a large pool of skilled unionized labour, ensuring that manpower will never be an issue for any project, regardless of its size. Our members specialize in various services, including ventilation, air conditioning, heating, and gas piping for industrial buildings and residential establishments. We represent employers bound to SMART Local No. 285, and our members have the necessary training and expertise to handle any project efficiently.
