Our equipment is built to handle even the heaviest loads, and our versatile fleet of tractors, trailers, and specialized vehicles guarantees that we can handle any project quickly and efficiently.
Our tractors are reliable and tough, built to deliver your freight on time. Our fleet of specialized trailers allows us to safely transport all types of equipment and products, including flat decks, tridem step decks, expando tilt/slider can chassis, tandem quad axle B-trains, low beds, and reefers. We also have crane tractor and trailer units that are heavy-duty and rated for lifting up to 42 tonnes.
We offer warehousing and storage solutions at our Campbell River location, which spans over 5 acres and includes a 2,500 square foot warehouse for storage, as well as large, fully secured bays available for rent. We provide reliable transportation of all heavy-duty equipment utilizing specialized trailers, such as low beds and our powerful tractors.

Poor Customer Service and Operations Management
The new ownership of Aztec Express has resulted in disappointing experiences for customers. A customer reported that the company missed a delivery, causing them to pay their staff 2 hours of overtime, and eventually had to let them go home at 7pm. The delivery was made the next day, but the items were transported in an open flatbed in the rain, despite being cardboard packaging.
Broken Promises and Threats
The customer attempted to negotiate a new rate due to the damage caused by the improper handling of their goods. However, the company did not respond and instead threatened the customer's business with a collection agency. The company also tried to justify their actions by claiming they did the customer a favor by not charging an overnight fee, despite having an agreed upon rate.
Switching to a Competitor
Due to the poor relationship and operational management, the customer has switched to another local delivery company that provides better service. This showcases the negative impact of poor customer service and operational failures on customer loyalty and retention.
