Since opening our doors in September 2009, we have evolved into a highly respected multi-disciplinary center, offering Physiotherapy, Registered Massage Therapy, concussion & vestibular rehab, and sharing facilities with The Hand Clinic (Occupational Therapy). Concussion Rehabilitation: Custom therapy to assist with the rehabilitation and management of concussion-related symptoms.
Dry Needling: Involves inserting fine needles into trigger points to alleviate pain, improve muscle function, and enhance overall movement and flexibility.
Massage Therapy: Physical manipulation of soft tissues for pain relief, lymphatic drainage, scar tissue reduction, improved circulation, stress management, and promoting overall health and well-being.
Occupational Therapy: Specialized therapy for hand injuries provided by a partner situated right in the clinic called "The Hand Clinic".

Scar Management and Graston: Techniques to reduce and manage scars, incorporating massage, Graston tools, cups, and various manual therapy skills for soft tissue mobilization and rehabilitation.
