Jeff's journey in the marine industry began in Wiarton and Owen Sound, where he worked as the Yard Manager of the Wiarton Marina and General Manager of the Owen Sound Marina. His extensive experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of customers' needs and the inner workings of a boat yard. This expertise has enabled him to streamline processes, ensuring that your vessel is serviced efficiently and effectively.

From marine repair and transport to winterizing, lift out, manufacture cleaning and painting, fiberglass repairs, emergency services, and towing, we've got you covered. Storage and Sales
In addition to our service department, we also offer spacious storage facilities that can accommodate vessels up to 32,000 lbs. Our storage facilities are secure, climate-controlled, and monitored 24/7, providing you with peace of mind while your boat is not in use. We also offer a selection of boats for sale, including inflatables, and are authorized dealers for Yamaha and Volvo.

Tobermory Village Harbour and Campground has been receiving rave reviews for their exceptional customer service, organization, and overall experience. The Harbour master has been praised for their ability to keep the bustling hub organized and welcoming to visitors.
In terms of customer service, the owner Jeff Krampien has been highlighted for his kindness and dedication to helping his customers. He went above and beyond to help a customer with a broken spark plug cable, even opening his business on a Sunday morning to sell the needed parts. Similarly, the staff at the Tobermory Village Harbour and Campground were commended for their friendly and helpful nature, making visitors feel like family.
The camping site itself has also received positive feedback, with one reviewer noting that the site is "pretty decent" and that the people are friendly and always willing to help. However, one reviewer noted that the water isn't good for swimming these days.
Visitors have also enjoyed the quaint shops and places to eat in the area, with the glass boat tour being a particular highlight. Booking boat rides online beforehand has been recommended to avoid any disappointment.
One reviewer, however, had a negative experience with the service provided by the marina, citing poor customer service and unreliable communication. They felt let down by the failure of the marina to keep their commitments and had been warned by others not to use their services.
