At COLOSIMO Coffee Roasters, we're passionate about delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our customers. Our journey began as a supplier to offices and cafes throughout Manitoba, but we soon realized our true calling was to create our own roast profiles and source our own coffees. With the help of our roasting partner in Calgary, we brought our dream to life, featuring our unique roast profiles in our very own Cafe "CCR cafe". Today, we're proud to operate two cafes, with plans to set up our roaster in North Winnipeg soon.
Our Philosophy
We believe that every cup of coffee should be exciting, which is why we're obsessed with sourcing high-quality, responsibly-sourced coffee beans. Our Direct Trade Coffee philosophy allows us to work directly with farmers who share our passion for producing exceptional coffee. By cutting out the middlemen, we're able to pay a premium for the highest quality beans, ensuring that our customers get the best possible taste experience.
Our Services
At COLOSIMO Coffee Roasters, we offer a range of services designed to delight coffee lovers. Our coffee nights are a hit, featuring freshly roasted coffee flights, interactive latte art classes, and two hours of coffee delights. We also offer a Coffee of the Month Club, where members receive a 2LB bag of freshly roasted 100% Arabica beans from around the world, delivered to their doorstep. And, of course, our cafes are always stocked with a variety of blends and single-origin coffees for customers to enjoy.
