Our Story

Hucks Marine & Resort has been serving the boating community in the 1000 Islands for almost a century and a half. Established in 1889, we have grown to become a full-service marina and premium boat dealer, providing an extensive boat inventory and marine facilities for boaters on both sides of the Canada/USA border. Our unwavering commitment to our customers and the boating community has made us one of the largest in-stock inventory providers of premium boats over 20' in the Ontario and Northern New York State region.

Our state-of-the-art facility boasts a 5,000 sq. ft. indoor showroom, 180 dockage slips, a service facility with 10 service bays, and 80,000 sq. ft. of inside heated storage space. Our team of professionally trained crew members is available year-round to help you buy a new or used boat, sell your boat, or service your boat. We are proud to offer a rare opportunity for boaters to join our dockage community, with two scenic dock slips for boats up to 60' becoming available for Summer 2024.

Leadership Team

*Scott MacCrimmon, President*

As President of Hucks Marine & Resort and ParkStor (our sister company), Scott leads a team of over thirty full-time employees to offer customers everything they need to own, operate, and enjoy their boats. With over 40 years of experience, a passion for boating, and a customer-first approach to business, Scott is a recognized leader in the boating industry.

*Evan Calleia, Director of Operations*

As the Director of Operations, Evan is primarily responsible for the successful operation of the marina. He ensures implementation and compliance with marina policies, procedures, established rules and regulations, protocols, practices, and actively oversees all operational activities. Evan leads members of the crew to provide professional and courteous service to customers and visitors.

*Andrew Mulder, Director of Finance*

As Director of Finance, Andrew provides oversight and coordination of the company's financial planning, budgeting, reporting, policies, and forecasting. Andrew initially joined Hucks in May 2018 and has since played an integral role in the financial management of the company.

At Hucks Marine & Resort, our team of experienced and knowledgeable crew members is available year-round to help you buy a new or used boat, sell your boat, or service your boat. We offer a wide range of boats for sale, including new and certified pre-owned boats from top brands such as Boston Whaler, Harris Pontoon Boats, Regal, Rossiter, Stanley Boats, and Tiara Yachts.

We also offer financing options to help make your dream of owning a boat a reality. Our boat services include dockage, storage, and winterization, vessel valet, and fuel dock and center stage. Our staff is dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service and ensuring that your experience with us is beyond boating.
