Service Experience
Author Allison Mullins had a great experience with Anchor, finding them helpful and quick. When she had a flat tire in a busy area, they arrived within 30 minutes, providing excellent service in tyre change and car towing. Similarly, Arvin Greenhalgh and Amanda Scanlon also praised the company's professionalism, quick service, and friendly staff, particularly Lawrence, who was knowledgeable and efficient.
Customer Feedback
However, not all customers had a positive experience. Arash Khalili noted that while the driver was professional and considerate, the service was not on time, arriving 50 minutes late. James Finn had a very poor experience, encountering rude and ignorant staff, and would not recommend the company. Tyler Nadolny had a terrible experience with a rude and inexperienced driver who damaged his truck during the towing process. Mitchell Kent's girlfriend had her car towed without notice, and the driver was condescending and unhelpful. Kim Eisenhauer found the service to be great but felt that they were overcharged for the service.
