False Advertising and Poor Design
Sticks and Stones has faced criticism for using misleading sales tactics and overpriced designs. One customer, Trey Parker, left a 1-star review stating that the shower placement design did not take into account the existing plumbing, warning other buyers to be wary. Exceptional Service and Design
