As the clinic director, Dr. Len Herman, a chiropractor, ensures our commitment to musculoskeletal injury rehabilitation and strives to provide quality care, ultimately returning patients to their pre-injury activity levels. We gratefully accept all Extended Health carriers, Motor Vehicle Accident Insurance, WSIB, and OHIP. If available, we offer direct billing for your Extended Health carrier.

Our Commitment to Safety during COVID-19

The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has led us to embrace stringent safety measures and protocols for the well-being of our patients and staff:

Maintaining a clean and sanitized office space, thoroughly disinfecting treatment tables, equipment, chairs, contact surfaces, high-touch surfaces, and other areas between patient use, and providing hand sanitizing stations throughout the clinic.
Patients and staff are asked to perform hand hygiene upon entering and exiting the clinic.
Adjusting the schedule to reduce the number of people in the office, staggering appointment times, and limiting unscheduled visits and walk-ins to allow for social distancing and appropriate cleaning between patients.
Requesting patients arrive on time (not early) for their appointments, attend alone if possible, and avoid the clinic if they are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.
Offering the option of using PPE and masks for staff, patients, and visitors.
Encouraging the tap function on our payment machine and keeping cash payments to a minimum while emailing receipts when possible.
Implementing COVID-19 screening to ensure the health and safety of everyone in the clinic.
