Our founders bring a unique perspective to the custom build process, with Denise focusing on governance and finance, and David leveraging his expertise in design and construction. Together, they've built a team that shares their passion for thoughtful design and inspired living.
Custom Design + Build
At Touchstone Homes, we offer a comprehensive design and build experience that empowers you to create a home that meets your functional needs and reflects your personal style. From conceptualization to completion, our team of experts will guide you through the entire process, ensuring that every detail is meticulously considered and every aspect of your dream home is brought to life. With a timeline of approximately 9 months, including 3 months for drawings and permitting and 6 months for construction, you can trust that your custom build will be completed on time and to your exact specifications.
Ready Made Homes
If you're seeking quick occupancy or prefer to avoid the commitment of a full custom build, our ready-made homes are an excellent choice. Our spec homes are constructed without prior sales commitments and are available for purchase at various stages of completion. With pre-selected interior finishes curated by our in-house designer, you'll still have the opportunity to customize certain features to suit your individual preferences.
