On the negative side, there were issues with appointments not being honored, poor communication, and unexpected charges. Ralph Sobanski was not given an appointment despite an email confirmation, and Reema Ali had a very poor massage experience with pressure that was too much. Neesha Meminger had a terrible experience with parking and felt the staff was uncaring about her situation.
