Negative Experiences
The reviews highlight several negative aspects. At the Warden location, the instructor was found to be boring and monotone, leading to students falling asleep in class. Additionally, there were issues with scheduling and communication with driving instructors. For instance, at the Scarborough location, a student was told to start from the beginning and pay the full price again despite having proof of completion and payment, leading to feelings of being scammed. The lack of respect for customers and discriminatory behavior towards certain groups are also mentioned.
