- Morning Coffee: Start your day with a free cup of morning coffee, on us.
- Concierge Services: Our staff are happy to help you explore the area and share their insider tips on hidden gems and must-see attractions.
- Child and Pet Friendly: We are a child and pet-friendly campground, with added benefits such as a playground and pet waste stations.
- Cable TV: Select sites offer cable TV for those rainy days or cozy nights in.
- Additional Services: We also offer additional services such as fax, copy, and mail services, a book swap, free DVD use with a deposit, and free clubhouse use for groups with advance reservations.
Location and Amenities
Our campground is located just off the Trans-Canada Highway Highway 105, between exits 7 & 8 at km marker 80, 5km (3mi) west of the picturesque village of Baddeck. We are the only lakefront campground in Baddeck, located on the UNESCO-designated Biosphere, Bras d'Or Lakes. The Cabot Trail begins and ends in Baddeck, making us the perfect base camp for exploring Cape Breton.
We are conveniently located near a variety of services such as hospitals, physicians, dentists, pharmacies, veterinarians, hairdressers, spa services, libraries, and farmers' markets. We also offer RV storage for your convenience.
Ratings and Accolades
We are proud to have been rated **** by Canada Select and named a Top 100 Good Sam Park in North America, as well as a top-rated AAA/CAA park. Our commitment to providing excellent service and value has earned us these recognitions, and we strive to maintain our high standards.
Reservations
We accept reservations from February 1st to September 30th. You can book online, email us through the website, or give us a call starting on or about June 1st. We look forward to welcoming you to Bras d'Or Lakes Campground!
