What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are accommodated when possible.
Does the resort allow pets?
Pets are permitted in Ocean Standard Rooms with a $40 nightly fee. Service animals meeting BC certification standards are welcome at no charge.
What dining options are available?
Ocean7 Restaurant offers fine dining with ocean views, while AQUA Bistro provides casual fare and cocktails. Both feature West Coast cuisine and seasonal menus.
Is there air conditioning in the rooms?
Air conditioning is available in Ocean Courtyard Rooms, select Beachfront Suites, and Penthouse suites. All rooms include fans and screened sliding doors.
