Our New Home Planners are trained to listen and answer all your questions prior to starting your new home. Site inspections during every phase are arranged to ensure we work together to achieve a finished product that we can all be proud of.
Custom Home Design
All plans are custom designed to maximize square footage and value with your needs in mind. We arrange for you to consult with our in-house designer, which is provided at no extra cost to you.
Our Warranty Commitment
Our new home builder commitment backs every home by a one-year Builder's Warranty against workmanship and materials, two years on the delivery system, five years on the building envelope, and ten years on the structure through Alberta New Home Warranty. We provide two service appointments in the first year, as well as 24-hour emergency service, should the need arise.
