Disappointing Experiences
Several customers have faced frustrating experiences with S2S. Liam Balfour had to call twice to get service, with the first technician arriving on December 23 but not providing the necessary part. The part was finally installed on January 5, but S2S later claimed it wasn't found in their "supply chain" and threw it away. Liam found the part on Amazon and deemed the experience a waste of time. Tim Newton had a critical experience with S2S, citing punctuality and responsiveness issues.
