At Frontenac Property Management, we are a locally Owned and Operated company that focuses on residential property management strictly in the greater Kingston area. We take pride in our relationships with local third-party trades and service companies, who provide us with preferential response times during the day and after hours in case of emergencies. Our knowledgeable and friendly staff are always happy to take phone calls during regular business hours, promptly respond to emails, and handle property showings and issues in a timely manner, even outside of regular business hours and on weekends.

Our Team

Justin Armitage, Owner and Operator, leads a team of dedicated professionals in our Leasing & Administration, Accounting, and Maintenance Departments.

*Leasing & Administration*: Our Leasing & Administration team is led by Amanda Ferreira, Operations Manager. Amanda is supported by Taylor Swan, Leasing Manager; Corrine Nussey, Office Administrator; Deanna Fraser, Leasing Assistant; Tori Babcock, Leasing Assistant; Diana Nantais, Leasing Agent; and Remy Mosaheb, Leasing Administrator.

*Accounting Department*: Our Accounting Department is led by Heather Lees, Accounting and HR Manager. Heather works closely with Cheryl South and Patsy Bell, both Accountants, to ensure the financial success of our clients' investments.

*Maintenance Department*: Our Maintenance Department is overseen by Naomi Waugh, Maintenance & Billing Supervisor. Naomi is supported by Nicole Norris, Maintenance Coordinator; Pamela Merritt, Maintenance Admin Coordinator; and Matt Hamilton, Maintenance.
