Technician Expertise and Customer Service
Brian Jozsa gave a 5-star rating, praising the technician's knowledge and thorough explanations of the work. Shane Hansen also appreciated the care taken, though it took a bit longer than expected. Both Trina Walker and Steven Crowe were extremely satisfied with the service, noting the professionalism and excellent customer service.
Equipment Quality and Cost

Reliability and Timeliness
Gail Costley had a less positive experience, waiting from April to July for a new fireplace air intake to be installed. She felt her request was not prioritized as it did not generate significant revenue for the company.
