Our motel has 22 guest rooms, all smoke-free and pet-free, to ensure that our guests with allergies have a comfortable stay. Whether you're planning a short overnight stay to catch the morning ferry from South Baymouth or a longer stay to enjoy the island's many attractions, our friendly hosts will make sure your stay is pleasant and memorable.
Our Services
At Hawberry Motel, we understand that every guest has unique needs and preferences. That's why we offer a range of services to make your stay with us comfortable and enjoyable. Our rooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities, and we offer flexible check-in and check-out times to accommodate your schedule. Our office hours are from 7:30 am to 10:30 pm, and late check-in is available upon request. We also have quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am to ensure that all our guests have a good night's rest.
Our Rooms
We have a variety of rooms to suit different needs and budgets. Our Deluxe rooms come with either one queen bed or two double beds, and some have the added convenience of being located on the bottom floor. Our Family Room is perfect for larger families or groups, with one queen bed and two single beds. We also have Standard and Semi-Deluxe rooms that offer comfortable accommodation at an affordable price.
Local Amenities
One of the best things about staying at Hawberry Motel is its proximity to local amenities. You can walk to restaurants, grocery stores, gift shops, and downtown areas, and the Manitoulin Health Centre and Clinic are just a short walk away. The town of Little Current is also close to the ferry terminal, making it easy to explore the rest of the island.

Manitoulin Island is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts, with unlimited adventure options all year round. The island is accessible from the south by ferry, and the town of Espanola is the northern "gateway" to the island. Cycle touring on Manitoulin is spectacular, with uncrowded, relatively flat roadways and easy access to accommodation. Whether you're interested in fishing, hiking, or simply enjoying the natural beauty of the island, Manitoulin Island has something for everyone.
