Our History

Our history dates back to 1985 when our founder, John Theodosopoulos, began his professional career in real estate. With a strong academic background in architecture and finance, John combined his knowledge and experience to establish a successful real estate property management company. His crisis management skills were put to the test when a fire damaged one of his properties, and he successfully executed the disaster recovery construction work within an impressive one-week period. This experience laid the foundation for ECODOMUS Construction, which was founded in 1986.
