Customer Reviews of Ottawa Camping Trailers
The reviews of Ottawa Camping Trailers are mixed, ranging from extremely positive to extremely negative.
Worst Experience
Some customers have had a terrible experience with the company. Wynne Floyd, for example, gave the company 1 star and wrote that they have the "Worst Company to deal with ever." Floyd purchased a hybrid trailer from Ottawa Camping Trailers, but before even picking it up, they were advised that new canvas was needed for the side bed. When Floyd brought the trailer back to the dealer with a list of repairs, most of the issues were not corrected. The owner, Blane MavAvoy, did not return Floyd's calls, despite a written agreement to repair any issues for a year.
Another customer, Karen Gregoire, gave the company 2 stars and wrote that the after-sales service was disappointing. Gregoire and her family purchased a trailer in 2017, but when they had issues with the roof, the company did not respond to their messages. They eventually had to book the repair elsewhere.
Excellent Service
On the other hand, many customers have had an excellent experience with Ottawa Camping Trailers. Authors Victor Hotte, Gilbert Loyer, Josee Drapeau, Shawna Wood, Michael Bourne, Guy Proulx, and Robin Henry all gave the company 5 stars and wrote glowing reviews about the friendly and helpful staff.
Hotte, for example, wrote that the service was "Excellent" and that the salespeople were "Honest" and had "No sales pressure." Loyer and Drapeau both wrote that the staff, including Lucas and Filomena, were "Exceptional" and made the buying experience "Stress-free" and "Pleasant."
Wood and Bourne both wrote that the staff went above and beyond to help them, with Filomena and Adam providing "Great Service" and the parts and warranty teams being "Absolutely the best."
Conclusion
