Introducing ITM Services

Our newest division, ITM Services, focuses on fire protection system inspections, testing, and maintenance. We understand that fire protection can often be overlooked or forgotten, even though we are usually surrounded by it in some form. Fire protection failures often come down to people: we damage the system, the hazard classification is wrong, and lack of maintenance. Other causes of failure include incorrect sprinkler type, materials blocking the sprinkler, or not enough water.

The good news is that in 88% of cases, fire protection works, often with a single sprinkler. The 12% of the time they did not work could have been prevented with timely inspections and expert maintenance performed by experienced fire protection experts.

ITM Technology

Via Building Reports Canada, we utilize a cloud-based tracking system to organize time-sensitive inspections, testing, and maintenance. This program facilitates access by building owners/property managers to reports on ITM services conducted, cataloguing of all system components and their location, secure storage of current and previous reports for ease of access and tracking, client approval via the web application, and on-site QR code scanning, allowing fire safety professionals to review compliance with local regulations.
