Spa Etiquette

To ensure that our clients have the best possible experience, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to allow transition time. We do not want you to lose moments of your treatment, as we end each session punctually to avoid delaying the next client. We kindly request that you respect our schedule by keeping appointments and giving 24-hour notice for cancellations. If you miss an appointment or cancel with less than 24-hour notice, 50% of the service will be charged. We also ask that you be considerate and turn off your cellular phones while in the facility to maintain our peaceful and relaxed atmosphere.
