At Marshall's Pasta, we are a family-owned and family-centered restaurant specializing in homemade Italian food. Our story began with our owner, Blake Marshall, a former pro-football player who played for eight years in Edmonton. After injuries forced him to seek a second career, Blake combined his love of Italian food and cooking to open Marshall's Pasta and Bakery.
Situated in London, Ontario, our restaurant is known for its fresh pasta, sauces, Portuguese breads, prepared meals, lasagna, and soups. We take pride in using only the freshest ingredients to bring you the most delicious and nutritious food. Blake credits his brother, Greg, the Mustangs head coach, with creating the mouthwatering recipe for our signature meatballs. On sunny days, you can find Blake barbecuing Pino Italian sausages on our patio.
In 1995, we expanded our business by offering catering services for family, corporate, and wedding events. Our menu is designed to cater to large or small groups, ensuring that everyone leaves satisfied and happy. We take pride in our commitment to quality and customer service, which has earned us numerous loyal customers.
After acquiring Lusitana Martins Bakery in 2009, we expanded our services to provide wholesale bread deliveries to local restaurants and fresh baked bread for our customers. We also ventured into preparing hot lunch programs for elementary schools and currently serve over a dozen schools with fresh, hot pasta lunches.
Our success has been a result of our values and commitment to serving good food to our customers.
