Services
Physiotherapy
Our registered physiotherapists assess and treat musculoskeletal conditions using evidence-based techniques. Services include joint mobilization, therapeutic exercises, and functional rehabilitation. We specialize in treating sports injuries, work-related strains, and post-surgical recovery, focusing on restoring mobility and reducing pain through personalized treatment plans.
Shockwave Therapy
This advanced treatment uses acoustic waves to stimulate healing in musculoskeletal tissues. We target conditions like plantar fasciitis, rotator cuff injuries, and tennis elbow. The non-invasive procedure promotes blood vessel regeneration and bone cell growth, offering effective pain relief and accelerated recovery for chronic tendon issues.
Concussion Treatment
Specialized concussion management follows comprehensive assessment protocols. Our therapists develop individualized rehabilitation plans addressing symptoms like headaches, dizziness, and cognitive difficulties. Treatment combines vestibular therapy, balance training, and gradual return-to-activity programs for sports, work, or academic recovery.
Custom Bracing
OSSUR-certified physiotherapists provide custom-fitted bracing solutions for joint support. We offer both off-the-shelf and measured braces for ankle, knee, back, and shoulder conditions. These supports aid injury recovery while maintaining mobility, with options covered by extended healthcare benefits in many cases.
Acupuncture
Certified practitioners integrate acupuncture with physiotherapy for pain management and healing. This traditional technique stimulates specific body points to release natural painkillers and reduce inflammation. We use it alongside conventional treatments for chronic pain conditions, migraines, and musculoskeletal disorders.

Arrive 15 minutes early with a short-sleeved shirt/shorts for assessment, medication list, benefits card details, and any required insurance documentation.
Can you bill my insurance company directly?
We direct-bill most major insurers. Bring your benefits card with policy holder details, including name, DOB, policy #, and ID/certificate #.
What locations offer OHIP-funded services?
Only our Blenheim clinic provides OHIP-funded physiotherapy. Eligibility requires meeting current OHIP criteria for musculoskeletal conditions.
How do I cancel an appointment?
Notify clinics 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Rehabilitation time slots are reserved specifically for patients.
