What areas do you service?
We serve Midland, Muskoka, Christian Island, and surrounding regions. Service to Durham Region ended January 1, 2025. Island properties require advance booking.
Do you handle gas appliance issues?
We no longer service natural gas or propane appliances. Our current certification focuses on solid fuel heating systems and chimney maintenance.
What inspection levels do you offer?
We provide Level 1-3 WETT inspections. Levels vary in scope from basic visual checks to comprehensive system evaluations with specialized diagnostics.
How do you handle emergency situations?
We offer 24/7 emergency service for urgent chimney issues. Our team responds to critical safety concerns outside regular business hours.
Can you service seasonal properties?
Yes, we schedule summer visits for cottagers and island property owners between May 24 and October 31 for annual maintenance requirements.
