Our History

Established in 1993, Coram Construction Solutions Inc. is a member of the Ram-Land Group of companies - a forward-thinking fully integrated real estate organization. Our roots date back to 1946 when Albert Melchior Sr. started his first construction company, building single-family homes. Over the years, our company has grown, and so has the trajectory of our projects - from apartment and high-rise residential construction to commercial and institutional projects.
