Our History
Founded by Phyllis Paton, Maritime Dance Academy has been serving the community for over ten years, earning the Consumer Choice Award as a testament to our dedication to excellence. Our director, Alicia Paton Clavette, brings her extensive dance experience and leadership skills to the helm, ensuring that our academy remains a premier destination for dance education in the region.

Dance Classes
We offer classes in various dance styles, including ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, contemporary, and acro, for students of all ages, from children to adults. Summer Camps
Our summer camps provide a fun and engaging way for students to stay active and enjoy their love of dance during the summer months. Our camps are led by experienced instructors and feature a range of activities, including dance classes, games, and performances.
Facility Rentals
We offer state-of-the-art facilities, including 10 large dance studios and a theatre space with seating for an audience of 150. Our facilities are available for long-term, short-term, and one-time rental opportunities, making us an ideal choice for dance events, performances, and rehearsals.
Dancewear Store
Our dancewear store is stocked with a wide selection of brands and styles to suit the needs of our students. From leotards and tights to shoes and bags, we have everything you need to get dressed and ready to dance.
Community Outreach
