The company's trucks were transporting dirt down the street, but they failed to cover their loads, causing dirt and debris to fly everywhere. Karen called the office to report the issue, but the person she spoke with was rude and uncooperative.
No Apology or Resolution
Karen was shocked and disappointed by the lack of apology or resolution to the issue. She believes that the Town of High River should never contract with this company again.
