Joanne Gobeil, the founder of Fried Green Tomatoes Catering, is a food artist who creates flavor palettes the same way a painter creates a color palette. With the ability to taste a recipe or food combination in her head, Joanne can offer clients a menu perfectly suited to their preferences and dietary needs. She has a passion for cooking and a commitment to healthy eating, which has been instilled in her three children who have all worked alongside her in the kitchen. Going forward, Joanne's focus for Fried Green Tomatoes is to take a more personal approach with her clients and offer in-home personal chef services.
